You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you don't like your item, the shipping fee for returning it is on the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks after returning your item to Automaton, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

*Please note we are not accepting returns for the following:
-Cosmetic factory defects such as paint blotches, missing paint applications, scratches and the like.
-Design flaws from the manufacturer: plastic quality, badly engineered figures, etc.
-Request to return an item beyond the 7 days policy.
-Any item that is featured in our Vintage and Exclusives section.
*Please note your item is missing a part, or if it features a defective part that hinders the transformation or playability? Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org ; we will do the impossible to provide a replacement piece or part, provided that the manufacturer can supply such parts. In most cases, we are able to provide such replacement parts. The request for replacement parts must be made within 30 days after the item has been received: we will not provide any piece after that 30-days timeframe!
